Northern Virginia Orthopaedic Specialists (NVOS) announced today that W. Bartley Hosick, M.D., Christopher Highfill, M.D. and Kevin Peltier, M.D. have again been selected by CIGNA as CIGNA Care Physicians for 2010. This award is based on both quality of care and cost effective treatment. This award reflects an ongoing commitment to provide the highest quality care while balancing the economics of local costs for healthcare treatment.

Cigna’s selection follows similar recognition for NVOS from national insurers UnitedHealth and Aetna Healthcare, reflecting NVOS physicians’ commitment to quality and cost-effictive treatment. NVOS physicians’ commitment to excellence in patient care is demonstrated by their fellowship training, use of technology, and their commitment to continuing medical education.
