Northern Virginia Orthopaedic Specialists are Dr. W. Bartley Hosick, Dr. Christopher Highfill, and Dr. Kevin E. Peltier.  Both Drs. Hosick and Highfill are Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and Dr. Peltier is Board Eligible.  Our doctors are fellowship trained in a specific area, but each also is trained and experienced in  general orthopaedics.  Surgeries are performed at either Prince William Hospital or the Prince William Surgery Center.  

Northern Virginia Orthopaedic Specialists focuses on providing competent, compassionate care in a supportive environment.  Our doctors support the idea that patients must be actively engaged and responsible for their health as an important part of the healing process.  Although orthopaedic care is almost exclusively sought only when injured, our doctors believe in prevention when possible and conservative non-surgical treatment when appropriate.

Northern Virginia Orthopaedic Specialists began as Old Dominion Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine in 1995.  Dr. W. Bartley Hosick first opened his practice in Suite 209 of the health center at Prince William Hospital in Manassas, Virginia.  Since that time the practice has grown with the addition of Dr. Highfill and Dr. Peltierto be one of the busiest practices in Manassas and Prince William County.
