After completing a fellowship in adult joint replacement and reconstruction at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, Dr. Hosick began practice in Manassas, Virginia in 1992. He founded Old Dominion Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, P.C. (now Northern Virginia Orthopaedic Specialists) in 1995 on the campus of Prince William Hospital. The focus of Dr. Hosick's practice includes: Adult Hip, Adult Knee, Shoulder and Elbow, Arthroscopy, Sports Medicine, and Pediatric Orthopaedics, along with Primary and Revision Joint Surgery.

Dr. Highfill received his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Maryland in 1994. He completed a fellowship in foot and ankle surgery at John Hopkins Medical Center in 2000 and was Board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons in 2002. Dr. Peltier received his Doctorate of Medicine from Georgetown University in 2000 and went on to complete a fellowship in sports medicine, as well as shoulder and elbow surgery, at the University of Southern California in 2006. There he served as the team physician for the USC football team and USC women's soccer team. Dr. Peltier joined Northern Virginia Orthopaedic Specialists in 2006 with the focus of his practice to include: Sports Medicine, Shoulder and Elbow, Shoulder Joint Replacement, Adult Knee and Pediatric Orthopaedics.

Dr. Kim is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon who has special interest in sports medicine, arthroscopic procedures for knees and shoulders, and joint replacement. Dr. Kim has undergraduate and graduate degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT and worked in the industry prior to entering the field of medicine. Dr. Kim received his medical degree from the Temple University School of Medicine and completed his Orthopaedic Residency at the Temple University Hospital and Sports Medicine fellowship at Georgetown University. During his year of fellowship, he worked with the Redskins and George Mason University athletes.Currently, Dr. Kim is the team physician for Battlefield High School.

A native of Metairie, Louisiana, Dr. Friend received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She then earned her Medical Doctorate from Louisiana State University School of Medicine. She completed her surgical internship and orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital.
